Our Curriculum

"Serenity Leadership"

 

A strategic link between strategic coaching and leadership training for culture evolution. Package includes the following:

 

1-     30 hours of face-to-face conversations: through new levels of awareness, free ourselves from culture and personal injunctions, transform fears into desires. Repair the child in us to build more self-esteem, courage and inner power leading to strategic focus and rigor, conflict resolution, connectedness, empathy and serenity. Leading to a desire for Contributional Leadership.

 

2-      2 days collective seminar on Transcultural Leadership©

 

       Topics to be addressed include:

 

·        Decoding Power vs Leadership dynamics; individual and group universal emotions and mechanisms that impede change and those that empower us and others

·        Looking at Diversity with a new perspective

·        Understanding and acquiring Emotional Intelligence. Acquiring tools for strategic change

·        Reinforcing a culture of collaboration, synergy and problem-solving moving from power to leadership attitudes

 

3-     2 days seminar on "Mentoring our culture". Discuss and acquire the skills and keys to implementation of Contributional and Transcultural Leadership through enlightened and developed Mentors.

 

4-     Evaluation at different steps of individual and culture evolution; 360-degree questionnaire on "Transcultural Leadership and Governance" available.

 

      5-   Plan of action for lasting change
