- Sometimes you touch us, at critical moments you touch a sensitive point, obvious and risky, and you never force or push, with responsibility and sensitivity
- Often we want to protect ourselves, with this seminar you open yourself and risk authenticity
- You did not ask us to be authentic, you were authentic at sharing, it encouraged us to be
Leadership is Contributive and Empowering
- You transmitted the desire to contribute
- The whole course is more involvement oriented than theory oriented
- The feedback process is very valuable

Leadership is Rigor - None of us expected tools, we expected to develop ourselves and we did - You use tools so sparingly that it can be very valuable - Tools you have built through the process are so powerful - Great tools and case studies; Strategic powerful tools; The scientific proofs - Very powerful metaphors and concepts: power vs leadership. Leadership is a Journey - Like after a journey, I come back home and office enriched, different, with new envies-desires to act - Really very crucial learning points that will be tools for us - Simple things that make a huge difference in how we approach things and people and that we can use immediately and that will have an impact over time - Your experience and the generosity circle you initiated with giving a lot naturally - We were incited to give a lot in return - We lived the experience of feedback - Time passed so quickly and yet I was jetlagged - Wise time frame - Time for action planning in detailed way - The time and the silences you allocate to each one of us - Intense and good pace and with a lot of humour - We talked of serious challenges and with laughs - We go deep in the topics and still keep the distance and the humour - Ce travail sur soi, sur sa haine et ses à priori est crucial, sinon toute démarche de développement du leadership est vaine Target - I would recommend it to anybody, to people who manage, who are moving to a leadership position - Persons who will discover some things they would have never discovered otherwise, they will be satisfied - I have to be ready to receive that gift. It requires a certain maturity - I would love to do it with men and see if we achieved the same results and harmony. Great for our bosses too What next? - Leadership is a journey - I recommend my organisation to move forward - A follow-up seminar to see how we had grown - I hope that we will meet again in Leadership II - When is Leadership II?
